Ernst Theodor von Rothkirch-Trach

Ernst Theodor Freiherr von Rothkirch – Trach (born January 6, 1820 in Panthenau, Goldberg-Haynau district ; † January 2, 1892 in Goldberg , Lower Silesia ) was a German administrative officer and parliamentarian.

Life

Ernst Theodor von Rothkirch-Trach was born as the son of the Prussian Chamberlain and Majorate Lord on Panthenau (since 1945 Pątnów , Powiat Legnicki ) and Fideikommissherrn on Bärsdorf Ernst Wolfgang von Rothkirch-Trach and Adelheid Auguste nee. of Seebach born. After attending the Brandenburg Knight Academy and the Liegnitz Knight Academy , he studied law and camera science at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität . In 1841 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After completing his studies, he was a trainee lawyer at the Liegnitz City Court and assessor at the Glogau Higher Regional Court . From 1851 until his death he was District Administrator of the district Goldberg Haynau . In the Prussian Army he reached the rank of captain.

From 1854 to 1858 Rothkirch-Trach sat in the Prussian House of Representatives , from 1854 to 1855 as a member of the constituency of Liegnitz 6 in the Arnim parliamentary group and from 1855 to 1858 as a member of the constituency of Liegnitz 5 in the Graf Pückler parliamentary group. In 1866 he was re-elected as a member of the constituency of Liegnitz 5. On August 8, 1866, three days after the beginning of the first session, he lost his mandate due to a declaration of invalidity.
