Eros Bellinelli

Eros Bellinelli (born December 19, 1920 in Bodio TI ; † April 30, 2019 in Banco di Bedigliora ) was a Swiss journalist and author.

Bellinelli was a socialist and from 1942 to 1946 editor of the Libera Stampa newspaper and responsible for its literature page for several years. He was co-founder, secretary and juror of the literary prize of the same name.

From 1941 Bellinelli worked for the radio of Italian Switzerland . In 1946 he finally switched to radio, where he was first editor-in-chief, then head of culture . From 1973 to 1985 he was program manager for radio and television.

Bellinelli wrote around eighty little artist monographs and published reports on writers, artists and politicians. In 1965 he was one of the co-founders of the Edizioni Pantarei series , for which he was responsible for 20 years.

He lived and died in Banco fraction of the municipality of Bedigliora.
