Erwann Binet

Erwann Binet (born July 30, 1972 in Brest ) is a French politician . He has been a member of the National Assembly since 2012 .

Binet studied law and worked in Vienne after completing his studies . In 1997 he became parliamentary assistant to Louis Mermaz , the long-time mayor of Vienne. From 2002 he was Deputy Director General of La lettre du Cadre Territorial magazine. This was followed in 2004 by a post in the administration of the municipality of Mions in the greater Lyon area . In 2008 he became the first secretary of the Parti socialiste in the Isère department . In the parliamentary elections in 2012 he ran for this in the eighth constituency of the département and was elected to the National Assembly.
