Erwin Georg Keilholz

Erwin Georg Keilholz (born April 20, 1930 in Bamberg ; † May 19, 2001 in Ebermannstadt ) was a German teacher and politician ( CSU ).

After graduating from high school in 1949, Keilholz studied mathematics and physics in Bamberg, but soon switched to a pedagogical course. After taking a few exams for teaching, he was employed in the primary school service in the Ebermannstadt district . After training as a secondary school teacher in Munich , he began at the Coburg Middle School in 1956, and in 1958 he switched to the Forchheim secondary school. In 1969 he became deputy head of the Herzogenaurach secondary school. In 1974 he moved to Ebermannstadt secondary school.

Keilholz was initially the education officer of the Junge Union and then from 1958 to 1972 chairman of the CSU in the Ebermannstadt district association. In 1960 he was elected to the district assembly there, and from 1960 to 1972 he was deputy district administrator. After the district reform, he moved into the district council of Forchheim . From 1974 to 1978 he also sat in the Bavarian state parliament .
