Erwin Wilkins

Erwin Wilkins (born June 14, 1868 on the Hornow manor near Spremberg ; † January 8, 1940 ) was a German administrative officer and manor owner.

Erwin Wilkins studied at the Universities of Bonn and Heidelberg law . In 1889 he became a member of the Corps Palatia Bonn . In the same year he joined the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . After completing his studies and doctorate as Dr. jur. he entered the Prussian civil service.

Wilkins was from 1901 to 1919 District Administrator of the Spremberg (Lausitz) district . He was appointed a secret councilor. He was the owner of the Hornow manor , on which he lived until his death.
