action

Raj lives in New York City with his mother . She sends him to India so that he can finally find a wife for life. Raj's uncle Rakesh tries to pair him up. Slowly he realizes that it is not that easy and hires the beautiful Namrata to help Raj find the right woman.

Raj realizes that he only has eyes for Namrata. When he finally tries to bring himself to confess his love to her, he meets her son Aditya and now knows that she is already married.

Nevertheless, a father-son relationship gradually develops between Raj and Aditya. Soon Namrata also finds out how much Raj loves her and gets angry because she knows they cannot be together.

After a while she confesses to Raj that her husband left her seven years ago when she was heavily pregnant. Finally, Raj and Namrata do get together.

Raj wants to introduce Namrata to his mother, but when she sets off, her husband Sanjeev shows up after seven years. He has come back to live with Namrata and Aditya, but she really doesn't want anything more to do with him. She returns to him out of fear, although she still loves Raj.

After Raj meets Sanjeev by chance, he kindly invites him to his cousin's wedding, not knowing that he is Namrata's husband. Sanjeev gets as jealous and angry as Aditya calls Raj papa. At the wedding he makes a big scene out of it and insults Raj and his family. Ultimately, Namrata finds the courage to tell Sanjeev that she is no longer his wife and that she is in love with Raj. Raj and Namrata are getting married and living happily together.
