Estfield ( proper spelling ESTfield ) is an Estonian car brand.

Company history

The company Racetech Ltd ( spelling RaceTech Ltd. ) from Tartu started producing karts in 1992 under the direction of Valter Teppan . In 2000 automobiles and kit cars were added. The brand name is Estfield . There are buyers from Estonia, Sweden and Latvia .

The only model is similar to the Lotus Seven . It's a two-seater roadster . By the end of 2003, 78 chassis had already been built . Another source gives the production of a complete vehicle and 20 kits for 2003 . Various engines from Alfa Romeo , Audi , BMW , Chevrolet , Ford , Lada , Moskvich , Nissan , Toyota , Volvo and Volkswagen power the vehicles. Another source calls 2003 engines Lada 1600 cc for the year displacement and 76 hp power, BMW and VW with 1,800 cc displacement and 90 hp, Alfa Romeo with 2000 cc and 130 hp and a V8 engine from Chevrolet with 5700 cc Displacement and 375 hp. Complete vehicles were offered for EUR 5,300 to EUR 16,300 in 2003 .
