Esther Gasser Pfulg

Esther Gasser Pfulg (born November 2, 1968 , legal domicile and resident in Lungern ) is a Swiss politician ( FDP ).

From 2006 to 2014 she was a member of the government council of the canton of Obwalden , where the business economist HWV headed the safety and health department and deputy head of the economics department.

Esther Gasser Pfulg was established in January 2010 by the Obwalden cantonal parliament for successor as bailiff for the retired Landammann Hans Matter selected. She took office on February 1, 2010, and thus had an official term of only 5 months until the end of the term on June 30, 2010. Before that, she had already temporarily taken over the duties of Landammann from October 1, 2009. For the office year 2013/2014 it became the country governor elected (Vice-President of the Governing Council). At the end of the 2010–2014 term of office, she resigned as a member of the government.
