Eszter Nagy (born November 1, 1991 in Budapest ) is a Hungarian national volleyball player .

Career

Nagy started her career in 2010 at Vasas Budapest . In her first season she was runner-up with the club. In the 2011/12 season she took part in the Challenge Cup with Vasas . She then won the national championship and cup double. After the season, the middle blocker went to the United States and played on the university team at Coastal Carolina University . In 2015 she returned to Vasas Budapest and achieved second place in the championship and the cup in the 2015/16 season. Nagy then moved to the German Bundesliga club 1. VC Wiesbaden , who was looking for a replacement in their position at short notice. She qualified for the 2017 European Championship with the Hungarian national team . In the summer of 2017 Nagy switched to the Hungarian champion Linamar Békéscsabai RSE. In 2018 she returned to the German Bundesliga and joined the Rote Raben Vilsbiburg .
