Etzendorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Wies in the district of Deutschlandsberg , Styria .

The village west of Wies is located in the valley of the White Sulm . On January 1st, 2020 the village had 151 inhabitants.

The earliest written evidence is from 1170 and reads "Æzeleinsdorf". The name goes back to the Old High German personal name Ezili .
