The judicial district of Germany Berg is the District Court Germany Mountain under standing judicial district in the state of Styria .

history

The judicial district of Deutsch-Landsberg was created by an announcement made in 1849 by the State Court Introductory Commission.

The judicial district of German-Landsberg formed political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the course of the separation jurisdictions Stainz and Eibiswald the District German-Landsberg .

The judicial district of Deutsch-Landsberg then comprised the 37 communities Aigen , Bösenbach , Burgegg , Deutsch-Landsberg , Dittmannsdorf , Freidorf , Greith , Greßenberg , Grünau , Gußendorf , Haßreith , Hollenegg , Kloster , Krottendorf , Kruckenberg , Langegg , Laßenberg , Laßnitz , Lebing , Leibenfeld , Mainsdorf , Michelgleinz , Mitterspiel , Nassau , Osterwitz , Otternitz , Rastock , St. Florian , St. Martin , Schwanberg , Sulz , Sulzhof , Tanzelsdorf , Trahütten , Unterbergla , Wettmannstätten , Zeyerling .

With effect from January 1, 1889, the community of Wildbach was assigned to the judicial district of Deutschlandsberg from the district of the Stainz district court.

After Austria's annexation in 1939, the court was renamed the Deutschlandsberg District Court and was now subordinate to the Graz Regional Court . In 1945 it was renamed the District Court again.

Since July 1, 2002, the judicial district of Deutschlandsberg has also included the former Eibiswald judicial district and, since July 1, 2014, the former Stainz judicial district .

With effect from January 1, 2015, the judicial district was redefined in the "District Courts Ordinance Styria 2015" due to the changes in the framework of the municipal structural reform in Styria .

Since January 1, 2015, it has included the following 15 communities: Bad Schwanberg , Deutschlandsberg , Eibiswald , Frauental an der Laßnitz , Groß Sankt Florian , Lannach , Pölfing-Brunn , Preding , Sankt Josef (West Styria) , Sankt Martin im Sulmtal , Sankt Peter im Sulmtal , Sankt Stefan ob Stainz , Stainz , Wettmannstätten , Wies .

It is thus congruent with the district of Deutschlandsberg .
