The judicial district of Aflenz was the District Court Aflenz under standing judicial district in the state of Styria . It comprised the southern part of the political district of Bruck an der Mur and was added to the judicial district of Bruck an der Mur in 1923 .
history
The judicial district of Aflenz was created by a proclamation made by the state court introduction commission in 1849 and originally comprised the five communities of Aflenz , Etmißl , Fölz , St. Ilgen and Turnau . The judicial district of Aflenz formed during the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868 together with the jurisdictions Bruck , Mürzzuschlag , Kindberg and Mariazell to Bruck . On January 1, 1902, the judicial districts of Mürzzuschlag and Kindberg were separated from the Bruck an der Mur district and merged into a new district under the name of Mürzzuschlag .
With the dissolution of the judicial district of Aflenz on July 1, 1923, the area of the judicial district was added to the judicial district of Bruck an der Mur.
Courthouse
At the time of its dissolution, the court district comprised the seven municipalities of Aflenz Kurort , Aflenz Land , Etmißl , Fölz , Sankt Ilgen , Thörl and Turnau , whereby Aflenz Kurort, Aflenz Land and Fölz had emerged from the municipality of Aflenz.
