The judicial district Gonobitz ( Slovene : sodni okraj Konjice ) was a judicial district subordinate to the District Court Gonobitz in the Austrian Crown Land of Styria . It initially comprised parts of the political district of Cilli (Celje) and was separated in 1903 to form the Gonobitz district of the same name . In 1919 the judicial district was added to the state of Yugoslavia .

history

The judicial district Gonobitz was created as the judicial district Gonobitz by a proclamation of the State Court Introductory Commission passed in 1849 and originally comprised the 30 communities of Augenbachdorf , Feistenberg , Gonobitz Markt , Gonobitzdorf , Heil. Geist , Kosiak , Koth , Lubnitzen , Oberlasche , Oplonitz , Paak , Padeschberg , Plankenstein , Preloge , Rötschach , Seitzdorf , Skomern , St. Bartholomä , St. Egydi , St. Kunegund , St. Ursula , Stranitzen , Tepinadorf , Unterdollitsch , Unter- Gruschoje , Verholle , Weitenstein , Wesowitza , Wösina and Wresen .

In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district Gonobitz together with the judicial districts Cilli , Sankt Marein bei Erlachstein , Franz , Oberburg and Tüffer formed the district Cilli .

The judicial district of Gonobitz initially served as the political branch of the Cilli district. On August 31, 1903, Emperor Franz Joseph I elevated the Political Expositur to an independent district, whereby the Political Expositur ceased its activities on September 30, 1903 and the Gonobitz District Commission began its service. The judicial district Gonobitz was thus from October 1, 1903 congruent with the district Gonobitz.

The judicial district of Gonobitz had a population of 22,659 present in 1890, with 20,978 people giving Slovene and 1,581 people German as the colloquial language.

In 1910 22,137 people were expelled from the judicial district or district of Gonobitz, of whom 19,889 spoke Slovene (89.8%) and 2,130 German (9.6%).

Due to the border provisions of the Treaty of Saint-Germain concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district of Gonobitz was completely added to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
