The judicial district of Bad Radkersburg (until December 31, 1975 Radkersburg ; Slovenian : Radgona ) was an Austrian judicial district and was subordinate to the district court of Bad Radkersburg in the state of Styria . Since 2002 it has included the entire Radkersburg district , which has been part of the Southeast Styria district since 2013 .

history

The judicial district of Radkersburg was created by a proclamation of the state court introductory commission passed in 1849. Originally it included the 41 municipalities Abstall , Dedenitz , Dietzen , Donnersdorf , Dörfl , Dornau , Drauchen , Goritz , Größing , Gruisla , Halbenrain , Haselbach , Haseldorf , Hof , Hummersdorf , Huerth , Jörgen , Karla , Kloch , Laasen , Laafeld , head of the village , Neusetz , Oberpurkla , Patzen , Pfarrsdorf , Pichla (Halbenrain) , Plipitz , Plipitzberg , Pölten , Pridahof , Radkersburg , Radochen , Schirmdorf , Schöpfendorf , Sicheldorf , Sögersdorf , Tieschen , Unterpurkla , Weichselbaum and Zelting .

The judicial district of Radkersburg formed the district of Radkersburg together with the judicial district of Mureck as part of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868 .

In 1910, the judicial district still covered 158.3 km², but after the First World War Austria had to cede around 31.6 km² of the judicial district to the newly established Kingdom of Yugoslavia through the Treaty of Saint-Germain . The municipalities of Abstall / Apace, Leitersdorf / Lutverci, Plippitz / Plitvica, Plippitzberg / Plitvički Vrh, Schirmdorf / Črnec, Schöpfendorf / Žepovci, Sögersdorf / Segovci and the Unterer Gries ( Gornja Radgona ) district of the city of Radkersburg were partially or entirely affected.

In the course of the awarding of the status of a health resort to Radkersburg, in addition to the city of Radkersburg, the judicial district was renamed Bad Radkersburg on January 1, 1976 .

Another fundamental change occurred after 1919 for the first time in 2002. At this point in time, the Radkersburg judicial district, after numerous amalgamations of municipalities, only consisted of the municipalities of Bad Radkersburg , Halbenrain , Hof bei Straden , Klöch , Radkersburg Umgebung and Tieschen . In the course of the “District Courts Ordinance Styria” of the federal government with which several judicial districts were merged, the judicial district Mureck was dissolved on July 1, 2002 and the 13 municipalities of the judicial district Bierbaum am Auersbach , Deutsch Goritz , Dietersdorf am Gnasbach , Eichfeld , Gosdorf , Mettersdorf am Saßbach , Mureck , Murfeld , Ratschendorf , Sankt Peter am Ottersbach , Straden , Trössing and Weinburg am Saßbach are added to the judicial district of Bad Radkersburg. Since then, the judicial district of Bad Radkersburg consisted of 19 communities.

On July 1, 2014, the judicial district was dissolved and the communities assigned to the Feldbach judicial district.
