The judicial district Fürstenfeld is the District Court Furstenfeld under standing judicial district in the state of Styria .

history

The judicial district of Fürstenfeld was created by a proclamation of the State Court Introductory Commission passed in 1849 and originally comprised the 41 communities of Aichberg, Altenmarkt , Aschbach , Bierbaum , Blumau , Buchberg , Burgau (Styria) , Dietersdorf , Fürstenfeld , Gillersdorf , Großwilfersdorf , Hainersdorf , Hainfeld , Hartl (Übersbach municipality), Hartmannsdorf , Herrnberg , Hochenegg , Ilz , Kalsdorf , Kleegraben , Kohlgraben , Kroisbach , Lindegg , Loipersdorf , Mayerhofen , Mutzenfeld , Nestelbach , Neudorf , Reigersberg , Riegersdorf , Rittschein , Ruppersdorf , Söchau , Speltenbach , Stadtbergen , Stein (Fürstenfeld) , Steinbach , Steinbach , Tautendorf , Übersbach and Ziegenberg .

In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district of Fürstenfeld together with the judicial districts of Fehring , Feldbach and Kirchbach formed the district of Feldbach .

After Austria's annexation in 1939, the court was renamed the Fürstenfeld District Court and was now subordinate to the Graz Regional Court . In 1945 it was renamed the District Court again.

On July 1, 2014, the Hartberg judicial district was dissolved and the communities were assigned to the Fürstenfeld judicial district.

With effect from January 1, 2015, the judicial district was redefined in the "District Courts Ordinance Styria 2015" due to the changes in the framework of the municipal structural reform in Styria . This gave the judicial district the territory of the former municipality of Hirnsdorf from the judicial district of Weiz .

Since January 2015, the court district has been defined by the areas of the following 36 communities: Bad Blumau , Bad Loipersdorf , Bad Waltersdorf , Buch-Sankt Magdalena , Burgau , Dechantskirchen , Ebersdorf , Feistritztal , Friedberg , Fürstenfeld , Grafendorf bei Hartberg , Greinbach , Großsteinbach , Großwilfersdorf , Hartberg , Hartberg area , Hartl , Ilz , Kaindorf , Lafnitz , Neudau , Ottendorf an der Rittschein , Pinggau , Pöllau , Pöllauberg , Rohr bei Hartberg , Rohrbach an der Lafnitz , Sankt Jakob im Walde , Sankt Johann in der Haide , Sankt Lorenzen am Wechsel , Schäffern , Söchau , Stubenberg , Vorau , Waldbach-Mönichwald , Wenigzell .

It is therefore congruent with the Hartberg-Fürstenfeld district .
