The judicial district of Mahrenberg ( Slovenian : Radlje ob Dravi ) was a judicial district in the Duchy of Styria, which was subordinate to the District Court of Mahrenberg . It comprised parts of the political district Windischgraz (Slovenji Gradec) and was added to the state of Yugoslavia in 1919/20 .
history
The judicial district of Mahrenberg was created by a proclamation of the State Court Introductory Commission passed in 1849 and originally comprised the 13 communities Fresen , Mahrenberg , Markt Hohenmauthen , Oberfeising , Pernitzen , Remschnig , Saldenhofen , Sobath , St. Daniel , St. Primon bei Hohenmauthen , St. Primon am Bachern , Untergegenthal and Wuchern . The judicial district Mahrenberg formed political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the course of the separation jurisdictions Schönstein and Windischgraz the district Windischgraz .
In 1910 the judicial district had a population of 15,239 people, of whom 4,724 gave German (30.9%) and 10,348 (67.9%) Slovene as a colloquial language. The Mahrenberg judicial district was largely assigned to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia through the border provisions of the Treaty of Saint-Germain , which was concluded on September 10, 1919 . Only the community of Soboth and parts of the local communities Oberfeising , Pernitzen and Sankt Primon ob Hohenmauthen remained with Austria. On January 1, 1928, Soboth and the communities of Laaken and Rothwein formed from the other districts, as well as the section of the cadastral community Heiligendreikönig assigned to the community of Stammeregg of the former community of Oberfeising, were assigned to the judicial district of Eibiswald .

Before its dissolution, the Mahrenberg judicial district comprised the 16 municipalities of Fresen (Brezje / Brezno), Gegenthal (Gortina), Hohenmauthen (Muta), Johannesberg (Janeževa Gorica), Mahrenberg (Marenberg), Oberfeising (Zgornja Vižinga), Pernitzen (Pernice), Reifnig (Ribnica), Remschnig (Remšnik), Saldenhofen (Vuzenica), St. Anton am Bachern (Sveti Anton na Pohorju), St. Primon ob Hohenmauthen (Sveti Primož nad Muto), Soboth (Sobota), Trofin (Trbonje) and Wuchern ( Vuhred).
