The judicial district of Bad Aussee was a judicial district in the federal state of Styria, which was subordinate to the district court Bad Aussee . The judicial district comprised parts of the political district of Liezen and was added to the judicial district of Irdning in 2004 , and in 2013 the judicial district of Irdning was assigned to the judicial district of Liezen .

history

The judicial district of Bad Aussee was created as the judicial district of Aussee by a proclamation made by the State Court Introductory Commission in 1849 and originally included the seven communities Altaussee , Aussee , Grundlsee , Mitterndorf , Pichl , Reitern and Straßen . In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district Aussee formed the district Liezen together with the judicial districts Gröbming , Irdning , Liezen , Rottenmann , Schladming and Sankt Gallen .

The desire of the population in the upper Ennstal for independence was fulfilled in the 1870s. On July 1, 1873, the district of Gröbming was founded, which was formed from the court districts of Aussee, Gröbming, Irdning and Schladming. The Aussee judicial district became the Aussee political branch of the Gröbming district.

In 1938 the district of Gröbming was dissolved in the course of the National Socialist administrative changes and the judicial districts of Irdning, Schladming and Gröbming became part of the district of Liezen again on October 15, 1938. The judicial district Bad Aussee (since 1911 like the city with the addition Bad ), however, was added to the Gau Oberdonau . On July 1, 1948, the judicial district was divided back into the federal state of Styria and assigned to the Liezen district.

Until 2004, the judicial district area itself remained virtually unchanged. In the course of the amalgamation of several judicial districts by the “District Courts Ordinance Styria” of the federal government, the judicial district Bad Aussee was also dissolved and its area was merged with the judicial district Irdning. In the course of a reform agenda presented by the Styrian state government in 2011, the special role of the judicial district as the Bad Aussee branch was also ended and on January 1, 2012 it was converted into a branch of the BH Liezen. On July 1, 2013, the Irdning judicial district was also dissolved and the municipalities assigned to the Liezen judicial district.

Courthouse

At the time of its dissolution, the court district comprised the five communities Altaussee , Bad Aussee , Bad Mitterndorf , Grundlsee and Pichl-Kainisch .
