The judicial district Kindberg was the District Court Kindberg under standing judicial district in the state of Styria . The judicial district comprised the southern part of the political district of Mürzzuschlag and was added to the judicial district of Mürzzuschlag in 2002 .

history

The judicial district of Kindberg was created by a proclamation made by the State Court Introductory Commission in 1849 and originally comprised the eight communities of Allerheiligen , Dorf Veitsch , Kindberg Land , Kindberg Markt , Krieglach , Mürzhofen , Stanz and Wartberg .

As part of the separation of the political and judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district of Kindberg formed the district of Bruck together with the judicial districts of Aflenz , Bruck , Mariazell and Mürzzuschlag .

From January 1, 1902, the judicial districts of Mürzzuschlag and Kindberg formed a new district under the name of Mürzzuschlag.

While the district of Mürzzuschlag was expanded to include the judicial district of Mariazell in the course of the National Socialist administrative changes, the scope of the judicial districts of Mürzzuschlag and Kindberg remained unchanged. Mariazell was added to the district of Bruck an der Mur again in 1945, the scope of the judicial district of Kindberg, however, remained practically unchanged since the beginning of the 20th century.

As a result of the reorganization of the judicial districts in 2002, the judicial district Kindberg was dissolved on July 1, 2002 and the area was assigned to the judicial district Mürzzuschlag. In 2013, the former territory of the Kindberg judicial district became part of the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district .

Courthouse

At the time of its dissolution, the court district comprised the southern part of the Mürzzuschlag district with the eight communities of Allerheiligen in Mürzzuschlag , Kindberg , Krieglach , Mitterdorf in Mürz Valley , Mürzhofen , Stanz in Mürz Valley , Veitsch and Wartberg in Mürzzuschlag, whereby Mitterdorf was split off from Wartberg in 1906.
