The judicial district Franz ( Slovene : sodni okraj Vransko ) was a judicial district subordinate to the district court Fransko in the federal state of Styria . It comprised parts of the political district of Cilli (Celje) and was added to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1919 .

history

The Franz judicial district was created by a proclamation made by the State Court Introductory Commission in 1849 and originally comprised the eight communities of Burgdorf , Franz , Fraßlau , Gomilsko / Weissenburg , Heilenstein , Maria Riegg , St. Georgen bei Tabor and St. Hieronymi .

The judicial district Franz made political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the jurisdictions during the separation Cilli , Gonobitz , Obernburg , Sankt Marein bei Erlach stone and Tüffer the district Cilli .

The judicial district had a population of 10,476 present in 1890, with 10,374 people citing Slovene and 71 people using German as a colloquial language.

In 1910, 11,234 people were expelled from the judicial district, of whom 11,015 spoke Slovene (98.1%) and 117 German (1.0%).

Due to the border provisions of the Treaty of Saint-Germain concluded on September 10, 1919 , the judicial district of Franz was completely added to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

In 1910, shortly before its dissolution, the court district of Cilli comprised the nine municipalities of Braslovče (Fraßlau), Gomilsko (Gomilsko / Weissenburg), Granjska Vas (Burgdorf), Polzela (Heilenstein), Marija Reka (Maria Riek), Prekopa (Prekop), Sveti Jeronim (Sankt Hieronimi), Svetij Jurij ob Taboru (Sankt Georg am Tabor) and Vransko (Franz).
