The judicial district of Feldbach is the District Court Feldbach under standing judicial district in the state of Styria .

history

The judicial district of Feldbach was created by an announcement of the State Court Introductory Commission passed in 1849. Originally it comprised the 51 communities Altenmarkt , Arbach, Auersbach , Breitenfeld , Dirnbach , Edelsbach , Erbersdorf , Feldbach , Fischa , Fladnitz , Gleichenberg , Gnas , Gniebing , Goßendorf , Grub , Kaag , Kirchberg , Kollberg , Kornberg , Krennach , Krußdorf , Leitersdorf , Lembach , Maierdorf , Merkendorf , Mitterfladnitz , Muggendorf , Mühldorf , Oberdorf , Obergnas , Oberstorcha , Oedt , Paldau , Perlsdorf , Poppendorf , Raabau , Ranning , Reith , Riegersburg , Rohr , Saatz , Schweinz , Stainz , Studenzen , Sulzbach , Trautmannsdorf , Waldsberg , Walkersdorf , Weißenbach , Wilhelmsdorf and Wörth .

The judicial district Feldbach formed political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the course of the separation jurisdictions Fehring , Fuerstenfeld and Kirchbach the District Feldbach .

The composition of the Feldbach district remained unchanged until 1938. It was not until the National Socialist administrative changes after the annexation of Austria that the judicial district of Fürstenfeld was separated from the Feldbach district and merged with parts of the Burgenland districts of Güssing and Jennersdorf to form the Fürstenfeld district. In 1939 the court was renamed the Feldbach District Court and was now subordinate to the Graz Regional Court . In 1945 it was renamed the District Court again .
As early as 1945, however, Burgenland was rebuilt and the Burgenland district parts were given back to Burgenland. The Fürstenfeld district continued to exist, even if it now only consisted of the Fürstenfeld judicial district.

In the course of merging several judicial districts, the Kirchbach judicial districts in Styria and Fehring were dissolved and merged with the Feldbach judicial district on October 1, 1976. The 31 municipalities of Auersbach , Bad Gleichenberg , Breitenfeld an der Rittschein , Edelsbach bei Feldbach , Eichkögl , Feldbach , Fladnitz im Raabtal , Gnas , Gniebing-Weißenbach , Gossendorf , Grabersdorf , Kirchberg an der Raab , Kohlberg , Kornberg bei Riegersburg , Krusdorf , Leitersdorf im Raabtal , Lödersdorf , Maierdorf , Merkendorf , Mühldorf bei Feldbach , Oberdorf am Hochegg , Oberstorcha , Paldau , Perlsdorf , Poppendorf , Raabau , Raning , Riegersburg , Stainz bei Straden , Studenzen , Trautmannsdorf in Eastern Styria became a comprehensive judicial district around the 14th Municipalities Aug-Radisch , Baumgarten bei Gnas , Edelstauden , Frannach , Glojach , Jagerberg , Kirchbach in Steiermark , Mitterlabill , Petersdorf II , Pirching am Traubenberg , St. Stefan im Rosental , Schwarzau im Schwarzautal , Unterauersbach and Zerlach in the judicial district of Kirchbach in Styria and around the ten municipalities Bairisch Kölldorf , Fehring , Frutten-Gießelsdorf , Hatzendorf , Hohenbrugg-Weinberg , Johnsdorf-Brunn , Kapfenstein , Pertlstein , St. Anna am Aigen and Unterlamm of the Fehring judicial district expanded.

On July 1, 2014, the judicial district of Bad Radkersburg was dissolved and the communities were assigned to the judicial district of Feldbach.

With effect from January 1, 2015, the judicial district was redefined in the "District Courts Ordinance Styria 2015" due to the changes in the framework of the municipal structural reform in Styria . Thus, the judicial district transferred the areas of the former communities Mitterlabill , Schwarzau im Schwarzautal and Weinburg am Saßbach to the judicial district Leibnitz and that of the former community Petersdorf II to the judicial district Graz-Ost .

At the end of 2019 the municipality of Murfeld was dissolved and divided between the two municipalities Sankt Veit in southern Styria and Straß in Styria (both in the Leibnitz district ):

  • the cadastral community Seibersdorf bei St. Veit was incorporated into the market town of Sankt Veit,
  • the cadastral communities Oberschwarza, Unterschwarza, Lichendorf and Weitersfeld were incorporated into the market community of Straß.

The area of ​​the dissolved Murfeld municipality was assigned to the judicial district and neighboring district of Leibnitz , the population of the Feldbach judicial district was reduced by 1671, the area of ​​the judicial district decreased by 24.22 km².

Since January 2015, the circuit court was defined by the areas of the following 26 municipalities: Bad Gleichenberg , Bad Radkersburg , German Goritz , precious bei Feldbach , Eichkögl , Fehring , Feldbach , Gnas , Halbenrain , Jagerberg , Kapfenstein , Kirchbach Zerlach , Kirchberg an der Raab , Klöch , Mettersdorf am Saßbach , Mureck , Murfeld , Paldau , Pirching am Traubenberg , Riegersburg , Sankt Anna am Aigen , Sankt Peter am Ottersbach , Sankt Stefan im Rosental , Straden , Tieschen , Unterlamm .

With the dissolution of the Murfeld municipality, there are 25 municipalities, so the court district is congruent with the district of Southeast Styria .
