Neudorf bei Ilz is a village in the municipality of Ilz in Styria.
The place is located east of Ilz at the exit of the Ilz valley in a convenient location, since in addition to the Ilz valley and the Feistritz valley, the south autobahn also passes the place. The village has 502 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The associated cadastral community bears the name Neudorf without any addition.
On January 1, 1968, the municipalities of Buchberg bei Ilz, Ilz, Kalsdorf bei Ilz, Kleegraben, Mutzenfeld, Neudorf bei Ilz and Reigersberg were merged to form the municipality of Ilz.
