Dietzen is a village and at the same time a cadastral municipality of the market town of Halbenrain in the political district of Southeast Styria in the state of Styria in Austria . The village is about one kilometer southwest of the main town.

The place is characterized by agriculture and tourism , there are taverns .

The earliest written document is from 1403 and is "Dieczen". The name goes back to the Old High German personal name Diezo / Dietzi .
