Eugène Moke Motsüri
Eugène Moke Motsüri (born March 25, 1916 in Mongobele ; † April 6, 2015 ) was auxiliary bishop in Kinshasa .
Life
Eugène Moke Motsüri was ordained a priest on June 9, 1946 . He was on September 1, 1970 by Pope Paul VI. appointed auxiliary bishop in Kinshasa and titular bishop of Lestrona . The Archbishop of Kinshasa, Joseph-Albert Cardinal Malula , consecrated him on December 6 of the same year as bishop; Co- consecrators were Eugène Kabanga Songasonga , Archbishop of Lubumbashi , and Martin-Léonard Bakole wa Ilunga , Archbishop of Luluabourg .
On May 11, 1991, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
