Christian Reimering (born August 8, 1971 in Leverkusen ) is a German pool player .

His career began in 1986 at the 1st PBC Leverkusen . After he became German champion in the team in the youth area and also had good results in the individual area, he played in the 1st Bundesliga from 1989. In 1992 he was the first German team champion in the men's area with the 1st PBC Leverkusen ; so far five more championship titles with Dessau , Fulda and Kiel should follow.

In 1993 he made his first semifinals at a Euro Tour tournament in Salzburg . He had to wait until 1999 for his first entry into the final on the Euro Tour. With the Costa del Sol Open 2005 and the Italy Open 2007 he was finally able to win two tournaments by prevailing in the final against Thomas Engert and Konstantin Stepanov . At the Swiss Open 2008 he was defeated by Ralf Souquet in the final and finished second. Previously, he was runner-up at the 2008 French Open by losing to Tony Drago in the final .

His best placement at a 9-ball World Cup was a place in the round of 16 in 1993, 1998 and 2010; at an 8-ball World Cup , his best result is also a place in the round of 16; achieved in 2005.

Together with Oliver Ortmann he represented Germany in the double tournament of the 2nd World Cup of Pool in 2007 , but the team was eliminated in the first round against Singapore.

At the first official 10-Ball World Cup in 2008 , however, he did not cut a good figure and was eliminated without a win in the preliminary round. Also in 2008 was Reimering's first invitation to the 16th World Pool Masters where he was eliminated in the preliminary round by losing to Corey Deuel 5: 8.

With four tournament victories (2007, 2008, 2012 and 2014) Reimering is the most successful player at the Stuttgart Open .

Reimering currently plays for the second division club 1. PBC St. Augustin .
