Eulises González Sánchez
Eulises González Sánchez (born October 26, 1938 in Tinjacá ) is a Colombian clergyman and emeritus Vicar Apostolic of San Andrés y Providencia .
Life
Pope Paul VI ordained him on August 22, 1968 as a priest of the Girardot diocese .
Pope John Paul II appointed him on December 5, 2000 Vicar Apostolic of San Andrés y Providencia and Titular Bishop of Tatilti . He received his episcopal ordination from the Apostolic Nuncio in Colombia , Archbishop Beniamino Stella , on March 10 of the next year; Co- consecrators were Jorge Ardila Serrano , Bishop of Girardot, and Jesús María Coronado Caro SDB , Former Bishop of Duitama-Sogamoso .
On April 16, 2016, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
