Euphrosina Mstislawna of Kiev (* 1130 , † 1186 ) was Queen of Hungary.

She was born as the daughter of Grand Duke Mstislaw I. Vladimirovich of Kiev (* 1076, † 1132). Her mother was the daughter of the Russian nobleman Dimitrij Saviditsch and her father's second wife.

In 1146, at the age of 16, she married the Hungarian King Géza II from the House of the Arpad . The couple had seven children, two of whom succeeded their father as Kings of Hungary. Euphrosina had good contacts to the German royal houses and arranged the marriage of her eldest son Stephan with the daughter of the Babenberg Duke Heinrich II Jasomirgott of Austria.

Géza II died in 1162; his wife survived him by 24 years.
