Eva Heldmann

Eva C. Heldmann (* 1951 in Dillenburg ) is a German film director , film artist and entrepreneur.

Life

Heldmann studied German . In 1979 she founded the art-house cinema Mondpalast near Limburg an der Lahn , which she also organized and directed. From 1987 until 1989 she was responsible for the programming of the workshop cinema Mal seh'n in Frankfurt am Main , and from 1984 to 2000 she organized the Frankfurt Film Show . She has been making her own films and videos since 1984 and has been organizing film seminars, lectures and film events since 1990. Heldmann's topic is the examination of feminism and women's issues, such as the evaluation of sexuality and gender issues in the media age .
