Evaline is a California alternative rock band.
history
Evaline was founded in 2002 by school friends Richard Perry (vocals), Dominic DiCiano (guitar), Steven Pedersen (bass), Christian Lewis (guitar) and the brothers Greg (drums) and Dan Petersen (guitar). The band has u. a. released the EP Postpartum Modesty . After that, Evaline played at festivals, the sponsored Vans Warped Tour and Taste of Chaos Tour and supported Placebo . So far there has been further support act for the bands Deftones and Dredg . As part of Berlin live , the band played for the TV station ZDFkultur on October 1, 2011 with the band Kasabian and the Danish singer Mads Langer in Club Tresor .
After changing the line-up due to the departure of drummer Steve Forrest to Placebo in 2008, their debut album Woven Material was released in the USA in 2011. The song There There was released in Europe and is used in UEFA's RESPECT campaign for the European Championship 2012 and the UEFA Champions League .
