Evangelia Psarra

Evangelia Psarra , Greek Ευαγγελία Ψάρρα , (born June 17, 1974 in Thessaloniki ) is a Greek archer .

Vita

Psarra is a sports soldier , married and has two children.

In 1994 she joined the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki archery club and has been practicing this sport professionally ever since. Her best placement at a world championship secured Psarra with the bronze medal in 2003. She also qualified five times for the Olympic Games . In her first games in 2000 she was defeated in the round of 64 against Natalia Bolotova and finished in 41st place . Four years later at the 2004 Summer Games , Psarra reached seventh place in the individual competition and fifth with the team. At the 2008 Games in Beijing Psarra defeated in the round of 32 against Chen Ling , finishing in 48th place . In London 2012 she reached 33rd place .
