Evangelical Church Windhausen
The Evangelical Church in Windhausen , a district of Feldatal in the Vogelsbergkreis in Hesse , was built between 1840 and 1842. The church is a protected architectural monument .

The quarry stone church is a simple hall building in the neo-Romanesque style . A slender tower with a balustrade and a pointed helmet is attached to the western gable wall . Inside, the three-sided gallery rests on octagonal pillars with capital decorations . The leaded glass windows date from the time of construction, they depict the baptism of Jesus and the resurrection of Christ.
The early Gothic baptismal font is decorated with three-pass screens.
