Evelyn Verrasztó (born July 17, 1989 in Budapest ) is a Hungarian freestyle and medley swimmer . She participated in four Olympic Games 2004 in Athens, in 2008 in Beijing, 2012 in London and 2016 in Rio de Janeiro in part and is more time European champion.
Verrasztó was able to record her first major successes at the 2004 Youth Olympic Games in Athens and at the European Youth Championships in Lisbon the same year and in Budapest the following year. She is now a multiple Hungarian champion and holds several national records.
Evelyn Verrasztó is the daughter of Zoltán and the sister of one year older Dávid Verrasztó .
In 2008 she was awarded the Hungarian Cross of Merit in bronze by President László Sólyom .
