The FC Töss is a Swiss 2. Liga - Soccer Team from the Winterthur district Töss . Before the league reform in 1930, the club was a participant in the Promotion series, which was then the second highest division in Switzerland. However, it was never enough for promotion to the top division, so it failed in 1929 , in the penultimate season before the league reform, as a series promotion winner in the relegation games at city rivals FC Winterthur-Veltheim .
