Fabian Franke (born August 15, 1988 in Sonneberg ) is a German basketball player . He attended the sports high school in Jena and played at TuS Jena NBBL before moving to the Bremen Roosters and later to the Frankfurt Skyliners (2007).
As a double licensed player, Franke, like his teammate Filmore Beck, was given a three-year contract with the Skyliners Frankfurt . In the 2008/2009 season, the Guard played for the Bremen Roosters in the second Bundesliga . After he was unable to assert himself in Frankfurt as he had hoped and mostly played in the 2nd team in the ProB , Franke left the club in 2012 and switched to the ProA to the ETB Wohnbau Baskets Essen . Franke played for Essen until summer 2014. For the 2014/2015 season, Franke moved within the league to Bundesliga relegated SC RASTA Vechta .
