Filmore Beck (born June 22, 1991 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German basketball player .

As a double licensed player, Beck, like his teammate Fabian Franke, was given a three-year contract with the Skyliners Frankfurt and the 2nd Bundesliga ProB . In the past NBBL season he scored an average of 20.1 points and 3.6 rebounds for Eintracht Frankfurt in the middle division. The Guard was also able to convince in the regional league with 12.9 points per game.

After a break, Beck finally joined the White Wings Hanau from the 2nd Bundesliga ProB in 2012/2013 . For the 2013/2014 season, however, he left the club again and switched to league competitor TV Langen .

Beck was dismissed from his team in November 2014 after being punched with a fist during the game TV Langen against BG Karlsruhe. During this assault, his opponent Paul Brotherson suffered a cheekbone and jaw fracture. Due to the assault, he was initially banned until June 30, 2018, whereby this first judgment in the appeal proceedings was largely overturned by the arbitral tribunal and the suspension was shortened until the end of the season on June 30, 2015. Beck then continued his career at the ProB promoted company ScanPlus Baskets from Elchingen , where, in addition to his sporting career, he also began commercial training.

In the 2017/18 season, Beck became champion of the 2nd Bundesliga ProB with Elchingen. In the course of the game year Beck was used in 28 games and scored an average of 10.9 points per game in the championship season. However, promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga Pro A did not take place, as Elchingen had previously declared that he would not. After winning the championship, Beck left Elchingen and moved to PS Karlsruhe in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA .
