Fahri Akyol (born March 9, 1990 in Hamburg ) is a German - Turkish soccer player .

Career

Akyol was born as the son of Turkish immigrants in Hamburg and started playing football here in the youth of Eintracht Rellingen . After a stopover in the youth of SC Egenbüttel , he switched to the youth of Eintracht Norderstedt . Here the talent hunters from Hamburger SV noticed him and brought him to their youth department.

For the winter break of the 2011/12 season he had an offer from Turkey from the first division club Antalyaspor . Akyol accepted it and moved to his parents' home. Here he was more of a reservist for one and a half seasons and did not get any stakes. So Güçlü left the club in the summer of 2011 and moved to the TFF 1st Lig to Bucaspor . Here he was not used until the winter break. Only in the second half of the season he was taken into account and made eleven league appearances as a supplementary player.

In the summer of 2013 he moved within the TFF 1st Lig to new league Ankaraspor . For the next second half of the season he left the capital city towards Adanaspor . With this club Akyol ended the 2015/17 season as a second division champion and thus rose to the Süper Lig. In the first league promotion of his career, he was involved with 15 league appearances. After the rise, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement and he was given to the Istanbul third division team Sarıyer SK .

In the winter transfer period 2016/17 he moved to the second division Manisaspor , where he was a regular player for a year. Then he moved to third division club Fethiyespor , where he also played most of the games on the field. Another year later Akyol moved back to Germany , to Eintracht Norderstedt , where he tore a cruciate ligament in his first game for Lower Saxony and was therefore out at least for the rest of the season.
