The most important tasks of the Falaj 2 class patrol boats are patrol service, maritime surveillance, reconnaissance and combat against sea and land targets in national and international missions. In addition, one of the requirements is good self-protection against sea and air targets. A special feature is the noticeably minimized radar reflection surface of the design, which gives it special camouflage properties. In addition, great importance was attached to good accommodation and safety of the crew.
