Federico Gómez de Salazar y Nieto (born December 29, 1912 , † January 24, 2006 in Madrid ) was Spanish general and military governor of the Spanish colony of the Spanish Sahara .

Gómez de Salazar served as military governor of the Spanish Sahara, today's Western Sahara, from June 6, 1974 to February 6, 1976 . During his term of office, the so-called Moroccan Green March to Western Sahara fell.
