Ferdinand Pautrot (* 1832 in Poitiers ; † 1874 ) was a French animal sculptor .

Life

Between 1861 and 1870, Pautrot showed individual animal sculptures and groups of animals in mostly dynamic scenes at the Salon de Paris , which were made of different materials such as plaster of paris or bronze. He exhibited some of his designs again in the following years, but made of different materials or in different sizes.
