Ferdinand Schedlbauer (born October 15, 1869 in Prackenbach ; † March 23, 1952 there ) was a farmer, brewery owner, mayor and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Schedlbauer attended the elementary school in Prackenbach from 1875 to 1879, the grammar school in Straubing from 1879 to 1880 and the grammar school at the Metten monastery until 1887 . In 1887, following the death of his father, he took over his parents' property (brewery with economy), which he sold in 1910. From 1899 he was mayor of Prackenbach, member of the Viechtach district council and member of the Viechtach district committee, from 1896 sworn expert of the Bavarian hail insurance institute, from 1901 member of the agricultural district committee and from 1911 district fire service representative.

From 1912 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Niederbayern 5 ( Deggendorf , Regen , Viechtach , Kötzting ) and the German Center Party .
