Ferdinand Steiner (born December 4, 1970 in Aichkirchen , Austria ) is a clarinetist . He is solo clarinetist in the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg .

Training and engagements

Steiner studied at the Music University in Vienna with Peter Schmidl , Johann Hindler and Ernst Ottensamer . He passed the diploma examination with distinction. He then began postgraduate studies at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with Alois Brandhofer .

He played in many orchestras as a temporary worker, such as B. with the Vienna Philharmonic , the Vienna State Opera , the Berlin Philharmonic .
