Fernando Albermager , full name Fernando Adrián Albermager Ocampo , (born January 19, 1979 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

The 1.75 meter tall defensive player Albermager was at the beginning of his career from 1999 to 2000 in the squad of the first division club Atlético Peñarol . He then moved to Plaza Colonia and played there from 2001 to 2002. In 2002 he reached the Liguilla with the team of the first division promoted to the side of players like Diego Lugano , Germán Domínguez and Mario Leguizamón . In the Apertura 2003 he completed 14 games for Sud América in the Segunda División and also ran there in the Clausura that year. In 2004 there was a stop at the second division Salto FC . There he scored a goal of the season on May 22, 2004 in a 2-2 draw against Racing . He then worked from 2005 to 2006 at Club Atlético Basáñez .

National team

Albermager was part of the Uruguayan U-20 selection at the U-20 South American Championship in Argentina in 1999 . Uruguay finished the tournament as vice South American champion. He also took with Celeste at the World Youth Championship 1999 in Nigeria part. In the course of the World Cup tournament he was used six times and reached fourth place with the team.
