The puppet theater Wilde & Vogel was founded in 1997 by the puppeteer Michael Vogel and the musician Charlotte Wilde as a professional independent touring theater based in Stuttgart, and since 2009 in Leipzig. In 2003 Wilde & Vogel co-founded the Lindenfels Westflügel in Leipzig, where they have been organizing events and taking on the artistic direction ever since.

ensemble

Charlotte Wilde studied music, English and history in Karlsruhe. She processes, composes and plays the music (violin, guitar, keyboard instruments) for the Wilde & Vogel puppet theater and other theaters and is responsible for the organization. Michael Vogel learned in Prague with Milos Kirschner and the Spejbl and HurvínekTheater and studied puppet theater in Stuttgart at the University of Music and Performing Arts . From 1998 to 2006 he had a teaching position in the puppet theater course in Stuttgart. In 1999 he received a grant from the Baden-Württemberg Art Foundation .
