Flandreau is the second-northernmost town in Moody County in the US state of South Dakota . With a population of 2,805 (as of December 31, 2004), it is also the largest city in the county . The city was named after Judge Charles E. Flandreau and is the county seat of Moody County. The administration of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribes is located in the city.
