Flisa is a place in the municipality of Åsnes in the province ( Fylke ) Innlandet in Norway with 1,623 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012).

location

Flisa is the administrative center of Åsnes municipality, which has around 8,000 inhabitants on an area of ​​1,041 km². The city is located between the cities of Elverum and Kongsvinger , about 30 kilometers west of the Swedish border, at the mouth of the river of the same name in the Glomma .
