The Flisa is a left tributary of the Glomma in Fylke Innlandet in Norway . The river flows through the municipalities of Åsnes , Våler and Elverum . It flows into the Glomma near the village of Flisa . The river is 126.8 km long and has a catchment area of 1,665.77 km². The mean discharge at the mouth is 22.93 m³ / s.
