The Floßmannstrasse 8 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1925. The villa on Floßmannstrasse , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey Walmdachbau with semi-circular staircase buttress , balcony porch and polygonal ground floor bay window has a ground-floor garage annex with pent roof .

The house has retained parts of the interior furnishings from the construction period, especially the dining room with paneling and stucco ceiling designed by Ino A. Campbell. There are sculptures made of artificial stone in the garden.
