The Florabach is a 0.623 kilometer long stream in the Uellendahl-Katernberg district of Wuppertal and a left tributary of the Eschenbeek .
topography
The brook rises at around 252 meters above sea level on the northern heights of Wuppertal on Wilhelm-Raabe-Weg , a side street off Hainstrasse , around 400 meters east of a former nursery in a beech forest .
The brook flows in a natural course in a southerly direction in a notch valley past a settlement with floral street names ( Asternstraße , Dahlienweg and Fliederstraße ) until after about 490 meters of pipes after the source it crosses under Florastraße for a distance of about 50 meters . After the piping, it flows into the Eschenbeek after a short stretch around 200 meters above sea level.
