Florencio Cornelia (born June 14, 1981 in Leiderdorp ) is a Dutch football player .

Cornelia, whose father came from the Netherlands Antilles , began his career at the age of 18 with the Go Ahead Eagles Deventer . After further positions with the Stormvogels Telstar and VV ter Leede , he joined Fortuna Sittard in 2006 . After only one season he moved to FC Rijnvogels from Katwijk . After playing the 2006/2007 and 2008/2009 seasons in Katwijk, he moved to SC Genemuiden in the summer of 2009. In the 2010/11 season he reached the second round of the KNVB Cup with SC Genemuiden , in which the team lost 3-2 to FC Groningen .
