Florian Sonnefeld

Florian Sonnefeld (born November 2, 1976 in Munich ) is a German actor, director, screenwriter and film producer. Florian Sonnefeld often works as an author under the pseudonym Rolf-Ian Delfenson. Sonnefeld is the founder of Angry Sun Productions, a creative collective for film and theater productions whose films have been represented at both German and foreign festivals.

Life

During his school days he modeled regularly for the youth magazine Bravo and was a member of the boy band Boomtown. After graduating from high school, Florian Sonnenfeld moved to New York in 1997, where he studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute , later also directing, for whose course he received a scholarship. In 2001 he was accepted as an internship member in the Actor's Studio New York. The terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 in New York, which Florian Sonnenfeld witnessed in the city, soon moved him to retreat to Germany. He has lived in Berlin since 2002. In 2004 he gave acting lessons at the Film Acting School in Cologne.
