The Paphos Airport ( Greek Διεθνής Αερολιμένας Πάφου , IATA code PFO , ICAO code LCPH ) is an airport in the west of the Republic of Cyprus 16 km southeast of Paphos and after the Larnaca airport is the second largest airport in the country. At the airport there are 28 check in counters, seven gates and 22 aircraft stands.
Airlines and Destinations
Ryanair has been flying Europe-wide to London-Stansted , Chania , Bergamo , Thessaloniki , Bologna , Athens and Brussels-Charleroi since 2012 . In early 2012, Ryanair announced the opening of its 50th base at Paphos Airport. From 2015 until the airline went bankrupt, Germania flew to the cities of Erfurt, Düsseldorf, Berlin-Schönefeld, Hamburg, Nuremberg and Dresden.
